Owned and operated by Emily Schneider, Emily’s Yoga is a welcoming space in Richmond where movement, mindfulness, and community come together. Emily’s journey with yoga began as a personal practice and grew into a calling to share its physical, mental, and emotional benefits with others.


Through thoughtfully guided classes, Emily creates an environment where students of all levels can feel comfortable exploring their practice. Her approach emphasizes balance, strength, and self-awareness—encouraging each person to move at their own pace while building confidence both on and off the mat.


For Emily, yoga is about more than poses—it’s about connection, growth, and creating a supportive space where the community can breathe, stretch, and reset together. 🌿

Emily’s Yoga has changed my view of yoga in the best way. I love how Emily is in-tune with her clients’ needs. She offers modifications for enhancing the experience for those who desire more of a challenge as well as making the movements accessible for the newest yogee or yogees with physical restrictions. Always a wonderful class! Very enjoyable and educational, so easy to follow. Bonus is Restorative yoga the 1st Wednesday and Thursday of the month! Highly recommend!
